Standard Delivery orders will usually be sent via a Royal Mail Tracked service.
Express Delivery and Saturday Delivery orders will be sent via courtier (Interlink Local).
Interlink Local send a text and email with a one hour delivery window. It also provides a link so that you can watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot. If you know you won’t be in you can arrange for delivery on an alternative day, ask for delivery to a neighbour or in a safe place, or collect from your local Interlink depot.

As the items are personalised on acceptance of the order, production times for the items can be found on the product description (delivery is not included in this time period). If Express Delivery is available this will be advised on the item description.
How will my goods be delivered?
Personalised items are provided by our personalisation company and may be delivered under separate cover from any other goods ordered. No invoice will be included in the personalised delivery package, so you can send to the recipient direct – a copy of the invoice will be emailed once payment is debited.
What do I do if a mistake has been made on the personalisation?
If you notice an error please contact us straight away, as products are sent to production once the order is received. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any changes can be made once the order has been accepted. Please check the order page and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been misspelt.
We hope you love your item(s) but understand sometimes things may not be right for you. Items can be sent back within 28 days for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received back in the same condition as it was received. They can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.
Please note: personalised orders are not included in this, and are non refundable unless it is an error on our part.
Returned items must be new and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging unopened. Used items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
